Barbecue Saturdays at the Bistrot Martin
Every Saturday evening, the Bistrot Martin crackles the embers and celebrates cooking over an open fire in a friendly, refined atmosphere.
On the menu: grilled meats to share - mature beef rib, lamb shoulder confit, grilled octopus or red tuna - accompanied by homemade nibbles, from camembert roasted with garden thyme to vegetable tempura.
Generous desserts - tarte tatin, chocolate mousse, mirabelle plum clafoutis - add a sweet touch to a dinner that feels like a country vacation.

La Table d'Hôtes :
an intimate & convivial moment
Up to 15 people
Located in the former kitchen of Château de Primard, the Table d'Hôtes is a unique place combining authenticity and conviviality. Around the period fireplace and La Cornue stove, enjoy a meal prepared before your very eyes & made-to-measure by the Chef & his brigade.
In an intimate atmosphere, this experience welcomes 2 to 15 guests around a large central table. Each menu is crafted according to the seasons and current arrivals, offering an exclusive culinary journey into the heart of the house.
From October 17 to March, raclette dinners are held every weekend.
