Less than an hour from Paris, Domaine de Primard embodies the quintessence of French classicism. A boxwood-lined driveway leads to this 18thᵉ century noble house, true to its original spirit, where enfilade salons, oak parquet floors and antique fireplaces tell the story of timeless elegance.
On either side of the Eure, more than 30 hectares stretch between orchards, meadows, vegetable gardens and woods, creating a living landscape punctuated by moats, a pond, a rose garden and a semi-liberty farm. Guardian of the Domaine de Primard's plant soul, Gérard Germaine, the estate's historic Head Gardener, cultivates the balance between nature and elegance with passion and expertise. For many years, he has shaped the gardens and kitchen garden with meticulous attention, preserving the landscape heritage while evolving it with the seasons. Every bed, every path, every vegetable in the kitchen garden bears the mark of his commitment to a living, generous nature.
