In Primard, the cuisine enhances the rustic and authentic atmosphere of the place for an always singular experience. The Chef offers lively cuisine, directly inspired by the Domaine's vegetable garden, which evolves with the seasons and changing landscapes through Bistrot Martin, the gastronomic restaurant Les Chemins, and La Table d'Hôtes. The dishes, created in harmony with the gardens of Primard, pay tribute to the best local producers.

The Primard Park naturally fascinates its visitors. Nestled on the banks of the Eure, this preserved estate is in the tradition of France's most beautiful romantic gardens. Designed over 35 years ago by landscape architect Jacques Wirtz, it offers a unique plant composition, with rose gardens, shaded pathways, and vast landscaped expanses. Just a few minutes from Claude Monet's gardens in Giverny, Primard is a must-see destination for landscape art enthusiasts. An ideal getaway to reconnect with nature and admire remarkable plant heritage, blending Impressionist inspiration and biodiversity.
Our garden has now been awarded a label Remarkable garden. It will be open to outside visitors starting in April 2026, with reservations opening in spring 2026.

At the heart of Domaine de Primard, nature reclaims its rights and our four-legged friends are welcome. Between meadows, forests and the banks of the Eure, an exceptional fauna cohabits in semi-liberty around the Primard farm: white swans, wild ducks, Highland cows, Ouessant sheep and Nez noir du Valais, as well as two donkeys share the Domaine's unspoilt landscapes. A true natural sanctuary, to be discovered as the seasons change.
