Nature reveals itself as a living work. Classified Remarkable Gardens, the gardens imagined by the famous landscape architect Jacques Wirtz offer a unique stroll between biodiversity and plant poetry.
During a guided tour led by Gérard, the Estate's Head Gardener, or by his team, discover the different worlds that make up Primard. Along the paths, the wild meadows, the moats, the banks of the Eure and the vegetal perspectives reveal all the peaceful beauty of the estate.
The visit also invites you to explore the rose garden and its many varieties, the rare trees and plants carefully preserved, as well as the orchard and the permaculture vegetable garden that mark the rhythm of life on the estate throughout the seasons.

the new Italian restaurant in Primard
Le Domaine de Primard is pleased to unveil its new restaurant: Ottavio La Tavola, a refined Italian restaurant with views of the estate's gardens. Inspired by Pieve Aldina, Fontenille Collection's Tuscan home, this new establishment celebrates a generous and bright Italy, in the spirit of the great family tables of the peninsula.
From antipasti to secondi, the menu creates a dialogue between tradition and creativity: langoustine tartare with Sicilian citrus, vitello tonnato, fried calamari, then gnocchi with gorgonzola and black truffle, scallops cannelloni, or saffron risotto. Veal Milanese, fresh catch of the day, or lamb with herbs continue this contemporary take on Italian cuisine. Each dish highlights carefully selected products, enhanced by extra virgin olive oil from the Pieve Aldina olive groves.
Designed for sharing, Ottavio La Tavola invites you to linger in a warm and convivial atmosphere, blending nature with the Italian art of living.

Starting Sunday, January 25th, the Domaine de Primard inaugurates its new Sunday brunch, imagined as a true moment of sharing and indulgence, to be savored Every Sunday from 12 PM to 3 PM, at Bistrot Martin. In a rustic and friendly spirit, the table showcases generous cuisine, inspired by the seasons and local produce.
Drawing inspiration from the Bistrot, find a selection of savory dishes such as winter velouté, fish tartare, roasted pumpkin, Eggs Benedict, salmon, seafood, Normandy cheeses, and garden vegetables. For a sweet finish, the brunch continues with comforting desserts: seasonal fruit tarts, French toast, crepes, flans, chocolate mousse, and other homemade treats.
